LEASE AND AGREEMENT <br />THIS LEASE AND AGREEMENT, executed at San Leandro, <br />California, on , 1957, between WASHINGTON <br />MANOR COM4UNITY SERVICES DISTRICT, a public district of the State <br />of California, and the CITY OF SAD! LEANDRO, a Municipal corpora- <br />tion, hereinafter called respectively the "Lessor" and "Lessee". <br />IT IS AGREED BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO, as follows: <br />OPIE: The Lessor hereby leases to Lessee and Lessee <br />hires from Lessor, on the terms and conditions hereinafter set <br />forth, those certain premises with the appurtenances situated <br />in VIASHINGTON MANOR COM'MITY SERVICES DISTRICT near San Lorenzo, <br />California, and described as follows: <br />"That 13-acre parcel of land locate at the <br />northeast corner of Avon and Zelma Streets <br />in Alameda County corxr.only known as 1UASHINGTON <br />MANOR PARK. " <br />TWO: The term of the within lease shall be for eighteen <br />(16) years, six (6) months, and fifteen (15) days, C MUMCncing on <br />January 1, 1958, and terminating on June 15, 1976. <br />THREE: RUIT: Part of the rent totaling $192,786.66 <br />shall be paid to the account of Lessor as designated below in <br />annual Installments of $10,710.37, commencing on or before June <br />302 1958, and continuing on or before June 30 of each year there- <br />after, to and includin0 June 30, 197; said sum shall be paid <br />before June 30th of each year to the Alameda County Treasurer, <br />made payable to the "Treasurer of Alameda County" and forwarded <br />to the Auc1 tor of Alameda County and shall be designated to apply <br />toward the fund for the repayment of principal and interest of <br />that .$300,000.00 bond issue of WASHINGTON MANOR CoKUMl ITY SERVICES <br />DISTRICT dated December 15, 1955. <br />
