The City Council hereby gives its official notice that the maintenance <br />of separate identification of City of San Leandro Special Tax Districts Nos. 1 <br />and 3, as well as the Washintgon Manor Community Services District, is no longer <br />required. The Auditor -Controller of the County of Alameda is hereby authorized <br />by this resolution to delete the separate identification of the aforementioned <br />areas for taxing purposes on the County Assessment Roll. And it is further <br />RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is directed to transmit certified copies <br />of this resolution to the Alameda County Auditor -Controller, the Assessor, the <br />County Counsel, the Local Agency Formation Commission, and the State Board of <br />Equalization as official notice of the action hereby taken. <br />Introduced by Council Member Landis and passed and adopted this <br />20th day of June 1977, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Council Members Coppa, Gill, Landis, Seymon, Soares; <br />Mayor Maltester ( 6 ) <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Council Member Frazier <br />Attest: <br />RICHARD H.
