HAYWARD CITY COUNCIL <br />RESOLUTION NO 76-340 C. S. <br />INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMEMBER Oakes <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />HAYWARD WAIVING AN IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT <br />OF CITY OF HAYWARD DISTRICTS NOS. 1 AND 2. <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 75-253 C.S. dated July 22, 1975, <br />the City Council declared its intention to consider a single tax <br />rate for all properties in the City of Hayward commencing fiscal <br />year 1976-77; and <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 76-248 C.S. dated August 24, 1976, <br />a single tax rate for all properties in the City of Hayward was <br />adopted for the fiscal year 1976-77; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in response to request <br />made by the Auditor -Controller of the County of Alameda, the City <br />Council herehv gives its official notice that the maintenance of the <br />identification of City of Hayward Special Tax Districts Nos. 1 and 2 <br />will no longer be required. <br />The City Clerk is directed to transmit certified copies <br />of this resolution to the Alameda County Auditor -Controller, the <br />Assessor, and to the State Board of Equalization, as official notice <br />of the action hereby taken. <br />IN COUNCIL, HAYWARD, CALIF..
