NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CIRCU- LATE A PETITION FOR ANNEXA- TION TO THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned intends to and will circu- late a petition within the district hereinafter described for the purpose of annexing said district which lies with- in the unincorporated territory of the County of Alameda, and which is im- mediately adjacent to the City of San Leandro to and within the boundaries of the G�fty of San Leandro The district in which said petition will be circulated and which is to be annexed to the City of San Leandro is described as follows: All that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Eden Township, County of Alameda, State of California and particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersec- tion of the Southwestern line of Foot- hill Boulevard with the Northwestern line of Estudillo Avenue, as said Estudillo Avenue and Foothill Boule- vard existed prior to the widening by the State Highway Commission as same now exists, said point of begin- ning being the Southeast corner of Lot 8, Block "A' as said Lot and Block are so shown on that certain filed map entitled "Estudillo Estates, San Lean- dro, Alameda County, California", etc., file May 29, 1926 in Book 11 of Maps at Pages 76 and 77 in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, California and running thence North- easterly across Foothill Boulevard, on a line of the Northwestern line of Estudillo Avenue produced Northeast- erly to the point of intersection of the Northeastern line of Foothill Boulevard VTEN tie said Northwestern line of Estudillo Avenue, said point of inter- section being the Northeastern corner of said streets as same existed before widening by the State Highway Com- mission for Foothill Boulevard as same now exists; thence Northeasterly along the said Northwestern line of Estudillo Avenue to an angle point in said line of said Avenue, as same exists of record; thence Southeasterly and cross- ing said Estudillo Avenue to the angle point in said Avenue on the opposite or Southeastern line of said Estudillo Avenue, the bearing of which said crossing is referred to as "South 30° 57' 03" East", on that certain filed map entitled "TRACT 532 Alameda County, California", etc., filed June 20 1938 in Book 29 of Maps at Pages lii and 13 In the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, California; thence Northeasterly along said Southeastern line of Estudillo Avenue, along the Northwestern boundary line of said "TRACT 532", North 47° 141 55" East (said bearing as shown on said filed map last referred to), 219.70 feet to the most Northern corner of Lot 8, Block 2, as said Lot and Block are shown on said Map of "TRACT 532"; thence Southeasterly and leaving said line of Estudillo Avenue and running along the Northeastern line of Lots 8 and 10 of said Block 2 of said "TRACT 532", along said map bearings and distances as shown; South 47° 11' 10" East 228.08 feet to a point on the Northwestern line of Sandelin Avenue, as said Avenue is also shown on said filed —map of "TRACT-382", thence Easterly along the said Northern line of Sandelin Avenue then following courses and distances shown on said filed map of "TRACT 532", etc., North 67" 20' Fast 14.86 Pert: thrncr Rnnth- continuing along said Northwestern line of Sandelin Avenue, North 54° 46' 35" East to the point of intersection of the Northeastern line of Parker Street with the Northwestern line of said Sandelin Avenue, as said Avenue and Street are shown on said filed map of "Belleview Park Tract"; thence Southeasterly and crossing said Sande- lin Avenue to the Northeastern corner of Lot 1, Block 5, as said Lot and Block are shown on said filed map of "TRACT 532", etc., thence Southeaster- ly along the Northeastern boundary lines of Lots 1, 10, 11 and 12 of said Block 5 of said "TRACT 532", South 35" 26' East 300.00 feet to the South- eastern corner of said Lot 12, said corner being on the Northwestern line of East Juana Avenue, as shown on said filed map of "TRACT 532"; thence Southeasterly and crossing said East Juana Avenue at right angles thereto 50.00 feet to a point on the South- east,grn line of said Avenue; thence Southwesterly along said Southeastern line of said East Juana Avenue, South 54° 46' 35" West 97.57 feet to the Northeastern corner of Lot 19, Block 4, as said Lot and Block are shown on said filed map of "TRACT 532"; thence Southeasterly along the Northeastern boundary line of said Lot 19, Block 4 of said map of "TRACT 532", South 47° 11' 10" East 114.66 feet to the South- eastern corner of said Lot 19; thence Westerly along the Southern boundary line of said Tract 532, along the are of a circle to the right with a radius of 886.52 feet, an arc distance of 616.76 feet; thence continuing along said Southern boundary line of said TRACT 532, along the are of a compound circle to the right, with a radius of 2292.01 feet, tangent to the last mentioned course, a7r are distance of 471.61 feet to the Southwestern corner of said TRACT 532, said corner being on the Northeastern line of Foothill Boule- vard, as same now exists after widen- ing by the State Highway Commission; thence Westerly to the point of inter- section of the Western line of Foothill Boulevard, as same existed prior to the widening, with the Southeastern line of Joaquin Avenue, said point of inter- section being the Northeastern corner of Lot 9, Block 67, as said Lot, Block, Boulevard and Avenue are shown on that certain filed map entitled "Estu- dillo Tract", etc., filed January 10, 1876, in Book 5 of Maps, at Page 32, Alameda County Records, said point being also on the Eastern Boundary line of the City of San Leandro, as same now exists; thence Northerly along said Eastern boundary line of San Leandro, said line being also the Western line of Foothill Boulevard, as same existed prior to widening; along the are of a circle to the left, with a radius of 420.00 feet to the Northeastern corner of Lot 14, Block 66 of said "Estudillo Tract"; thence Northwesterly and crossing Estudillo Avenue, tangent to the last mentioned course 66.00 feet to the point of beginning. BEING a portion of Foothill Boule- vard, as the same formerly existed prior to widening, a portion of Foot- hill Boulevard, after widening and as same now exists, a portion of Estudillo Avenue, a portion of Sandelin Avenue and all of the Lots, Blocks and Streets as same are delineated and so desig- nated upon that certain filed map en- titled "TRACT 532, Alameda County, California", etc., filed June 20, 1938 in Book 29 of Maps at Pages 12 and 13 in the office of the County Recorder of; Alameda.
