Section new section to be <br />known as Section 7-2-217 is here- <br />by added to Title VII, Chapter <br />2 of the San Leandro Municipal <br />Clode to read as follows: <br />"Section 7-2-217: On September <br />1965, by Ordinance No. 64-63 <br />San Leandro Industrial District, <br />Unit No. 8 (Robertson Truck -A - <br />Ways, Inc.) was annexed to this <br />City." <br />Section 5. The property hereby <br />annexed is hereby zoned as 1-2 <br />District (General Industrial). <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall <br />be published at least once in the <br />official newspaper prior to its <br />adoption and shall take effect <br />thirty (30) days from and after <br />the date of its adoption. <br />Introduced by Councilman <br />Suerstedt on this 23rd day of Au- <br />gust. 1965, and passed to print by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: Borre, Kant, <br />Pomares, Suerstedt, Swift and <br />Taylor; Mayor: Maltester (7) <br />Noes: None (0) <br />Absent: None (0) <br />Attest: Richard H.
