LOCAL AGE, �;CY FOR1,iATION COM,IISSION OF ALAIYMDA COUNTY <br />RESOLUTION N0. 65-16 <br />WHEREAS there was submitted to the Local Agency Formation Cormission <br />on June 1, 1965 a proposal for "Annexation of San Leandro Industrial Dis- <br />trict, Unit No. 88 (Robertson Truck -A -Way, Inc.)" to the City of San <br />Leandro; and <br />T=AS the Local Agency Formation Commission did, at its meeting on <br />July 20, 1965, hold a public hearing on such proposal; and <br />WHEREAS pursuant to the authority vested in the Commission by Chapters <br />6.5 c.d 6.6 of Dart 1, Division 2, Title 5, of the Government Code, and in <br />tors i-eration of the requirements of said chapters, the Commission has con- <br />sidered the proposal and the facts necessary to a determination of said mat- <br />ter and finds that the proposal is in general conformity to the requirements <br />and interest of the City of San Leandro; now, therefore, be it <br />RESOLVED, That the proposal for "Annexation of San Leandro Industrial <br />District, Unit No. 88 (Robertson Truck -A -Way, Inc.) to the City of San <br />Leandro is approved by the Local r.�;ency Formation Commission, subject to <br />the modifications and conditions that: <br />1. The map and description be revised to conform with <br />the corrections recommended by the Boundary Com- <br />mission -in its Report No. 888. <br />2. Action be taken to annex to the East Bay Municipal <br />Utility District those areas in the proposal that <br />are now outside said District. <br />Jaies'F.
