Gentlemen: Ide the undersigned hereby object to the proposed annexation to the City of San Leandro of the property hereinafter described u-�on the follo;ing grounds, to 1. That the undersigned, are the owners of said property which the City of San Leandro proposes to annex. 2. That said property is not uninhabited 'out on the contrary is inhabited by the undersigned. 3. That said pro-erty is being used by the undersi,_;ned for agricultural purnoses. That said property herein referred to is described as follows: All that real property situate in the Township ofEden, County of Alameda, State of California, particularly described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the point of intersection ofthe South- eastern line of Davis Street, alsoknown as County Road No. 1434, with the Northeastern boundary line of that certain 65 acre parcel of land designated as Parcel "A" in that certain Deed of Gift from Elizabeth A. Sullivan, a single Doman, to Catherine C. Sullivan, a single woman, et al, dated February 14, 1935 and recorded April 17, 1942 in Iliber 4229 of Official Records of Ala eda. County, page 39; running thence South 690 15' West along the said line of Davis Street 500.00 feet; thence South 230 00' East and parallel with the said Northeastern boundary line 1647.36 feet to a point on the Southeastern boundary line of said 65 acre parcel of land; thence North 690 15' East along the last mentioned line 500.00 feet to themost Eastern corner thereof; thence North 230 00' West along the said North - ea :tern boundary line 1647.36 feat to the point of beginninge Yours very truly, FRED A.
