That the City Clerk —is herebydi- rected to cause a copy of this res- olution to be published at least once a week for two successive weeks prior to the abovementioned hearing in The San Leandro Re- porter, a newspaper of general circulation published in this city. That the boundaries of the ter- ritory hereinabove proposed to be annexed are specifically described as follows: All that uninhabited real property beginning at the point of intersection of the Southeastern line of Davis Street, also known as Coun- ty Road No. 1434, with the Northeastern boundary line of that certain 65 acre parcel of land designated as Parcel "A", in that certain Deed of Gift from Elizabeth A. Sulli, van, a single woman, to Cath- erine C. Sullivan, a single wo- man, et al., dated February 14, 1935 and recorded April 17, 1942 in Liber 4229 of Of- ficial Records of Alameda County, page 39; running thence South 69° 15' West al- ong the said line of Davis Street 500.00 feet; thence South 23' 00, East and paral- lel with the said Northeastern boundary line 1647.36 feet to a point on the Southeastern boundary line of the said 65 acre parcel of land; thence North 691 15, East along the last mentioned line 600.00 feet to the most Eastern cor- ner thereof; thence North 23' 00' West along the said Northeastern boundary line 1647.36 feet to the point of beginning.
