In accordance with Government Code Sections 50022.3 and 6066, notice of the <br />public hearing has been published twice in a newspaper of general circulation, by a legal ad in <br />the Daily Review on October 28 and November 4, 2022. <br />Financial Impacts <br />The costs associated with the application and administration of building standards are funded by <br />user fees, with the exception of code enforcement activities, which are supported by the general <br />fund.
