In accordance with Government Code Sections 50022.3 and 6066, notice of the public hearing has been published twice in a newspaper of general circulation, by a legal ad in the Daily Review on October 28 and November 4, 2022. Financial Impacts The costs associated with the application and administration of building standards are funded by user fees, with the exception of code enforcement activities, which are supported by the general fund. The proposed code adoption would not change the current cost for these services and would not require an additional general fund contribution.
