The proposed project shall comply with all <br />Applicable Code and City ordinances, policies, and regulations. The applicant shall <br />obtain all necessary building permits prior to construction of the project. Submit a <br />building permit application and include the following with your submittal. <br />1. Obtain building permit(s) and include the following in your submittal: <br />a. Include a soils report for foundation design in a liquefaction zone. <br />b. Include a review and approval letter of structural plan by a soils <br />engineer. <br />c. Include structural plans and calculations. <br />d. Demonstrate compliance with Title 24. <br />e. Indicate that construction and demolition activities shall comply <br />with CalGreen. <br />f. Include the CalGreen Residential Mandatory Measures Checklist. <br />g. Bedrooms shall have egress windows. <br />h. A gas line diagram shall be included for all new gas appliances. <br />i. Wall, roof, and roof eaves within five (5) feet of a property line <br />shall be fire rated. <br />j. Six (6) feet of separation from the existing garage is required. <br />k. No design build for MEP. <br />1. A photovoltaic electrical system is required. <br />in. New construction shall be designed to be EV-ready. <br />n. All revision clouds and deltas added during Planning approval <br />must be removed prior to submitting to Building for permit. <br />B.
