Alameda CTC Agreement No. A22-0064 <br />Project No. 1480013 <br /> <br />Appendix A – Page 3 <br />APPENDIX A-2 <br />PROJECT SCOPE DETAIL BY PHASE <br /> <br />The ALAMEDA CTC ADMINISTERED FUNDS obligated by this AGREEMENT are to support the project <br />phase(s) identified and described below: <br /> <br />OPERATIONS <br />• Sponsor will use the funds obligated by this agreement for operation of the San Leandro LINKS <br />Shuttle as described in APPENDIX A-1. The operations activities eligible for reimbursement are <br />limited to contracted service provision, Nextbus vehicle equipment upgrades and services and <br />monthly Nextbus operational costs. <br />• The TFCA funds obligated by this agreement are limited to reimbursement of contracted service <br />provision. <br />• Currently programmed, unallocated TFCA and VRF funds for FY 2023-24 will be added to the <br />agreement once allocated by Alameda CTC, estimated spring 2023.
