Offices Project Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Project Description <br />The Police Building and South Offices Modifications Project is currently in construction. The scope of work <br />includes the renovation of the South Offices building which occurred between February 2019 and April 2021. <br />The work at the Police Building was split into two phases and is in-progress as of this writing. Construction at <br />the Police Building is scheduled to be completed in spring 2023. All three project phases will be completed <br />significantly later than what is specified in the original contract in terms of the number of working days allowed <br />for each phase. <br /> <br />Scope of Work <br />Consultant shall review project documents provided by the City to determine the causes and responsibilities of <br />the delays for each of the three project phases. The exact schedule analysis methodology to be used will be <br />determined after a review of the data. Consultant shall meet with City staff either remotely or in-person on an <br />as-needed basis to review and discuss project documents. <br /> <br />Deliverables <br />Consultant shall provide a construction schedule analysis report for each of the three project phases. An <br />analysis of Phase 3 shall not be done until that project phase has been completed or is close to completion <br />tentatively around spring 2023. <br /> <br />The construction analysis reports shall include information regarding which party is responsible for <br />individual construction delays, the duration of each delay, and the cause(s) of each. <br /> <br />City to Provide <br />- Time Impact Analysis (TIA) submittals from the contractor <br />- Copies of the construction schedule in XER format (Primavera P6) <br />- Project plans, construction bulletins, Engineering Inspector daily and weekly reports, Request for <br />Information (RFI), and contract change orders in PDF format <br />- Project-related emails, photos, change order requests, and submittals in electronic format if <br />requested <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 49F74F81-31F8-4B70-989A-F388839404C7
