CA <br />0 <br />C&t vl':l TZ <br />AGREEMENT <br />This agreement is made at San Leandro, California, as of <br />April 6 , 1982, by and between the City of San <br />Leandro and the San Leandro Unified School District. The City <br />and the School District hereby agree, if and when Pacific High <br />School, John Muir Junior High School, San Leandro High School or <br />Roosevelt School become surplus property, that portion of the <br />building site used for joint recreational and school purposes, <br />as indicated on the attached sheets, will not be.disposed of by <br />the School District.
