3 <br /> <br />Revenue and shall permit the City to audit and examine such books and records during <br />normal business hours upon reasonable notice.” <br /> <br />6. Section 6 of the Lease, Rent, is hereby amended (with additions noted by underline and deletions <br />noted by strikethrough) to read as follows: <br /> <br />6. Rent. City shall pay Pelton One Dollar ($1.00) per year, payable within thirty (30) <br />days of the Effective Date of this Agreement, within thirty (30) days of the annual <br />anniversary of the Effective Date during the Initial Term, and within thirty (30) days of <br />any extension pursuant to Section 4. <br /> <br />7. Section 18 of the Lease, Notice, is hereby amended (with additions noted by underline and <br />deletions noted by strikethrough) to read as follows: <br /> <br />“18. Notices. Except as otherwise specified in this Agreement, all notices to be sent <br />pursuant to this Agreement shall be made in writing, and sent to the Parties at their <br />respective addresses specified below or to such other address as a Party may designate by <br />written notice delivered to the other Party in accordance with this Section 18.
