1) TRAFFIC SIGN REPAIR/REPLACEMENT —Traffic control and traffic <br />informational signs shall be repaired or replaced as needed, once per year. <br />m) POOL RESPONSIBILITIES — Complete maintenance of the swimming <br />pool, pool equipment, pool deck and pool water, chemistry. City to <br />provide all necessary chemicals and supplies. This shall not include <br />damage to pool structure or integrity caused by outside forces such as <br />earthquakes. <br />n) WEED CONTROL - City shall provide weekly, control of weeds on all <br />Boys and Girls Club areas. <br />o) LITTER CONTROL —City shall provide weekly, litter control on all Boys <br />and Girls Club areas. <br />p) TREE TRIMMING — City shall trim trees on Boys and Girls Club grounds <br />as necessary. This to be detennined by the Senior Grounds Supervisor. <br />q) LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE — City shall provide maintenance of all <br />existinglandscaping on Boys and Girls Club grounds.
