IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO <br />APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONSULTING <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE SAN LEANDRO CHAMBER OF COMMERCE <br />FOR $62,500 TO SUPPORT NEW AND ONGOING ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of San Leandro and the San Leandro <br />Chamber of Commerce, a copy of which is attached, is presented to this City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council hereby RESOLVES as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by _______ and passed and adopted this 5th day of December 2022, by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Kelly B.
