IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO <br />ACCEPT GRANT TERMS, APPROPRIATE GRANT FUNDS, AND APPROPRIATE <br />MATCHING FUNDS FOR THRASHER SKATE PARK IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on December 6, 2021, the City Council approved filing of a project <br />application for per capita grant funds through the Proposition 68 Statewide grant program for <br />Thrasher Skate Park Improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the granting agency has awarded a $232,958 grant to the City for the subject <br />project; and <br /> <br />WHERAS, the grant requires matching funds of at least $58,239. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That the City accepts the grant subject to the terms set forth in the application and <br />agreement; and <br />That $232,958 in grant funds shall be appropriated for the project into account 150-62-143; <br />and <br />That $58,239 is appropriated from CIP fund balance to account 210-62-142 for the project <br />matching funds. <br /> <br />Introduced by _______ and passed and adopted this 19th day of December 2022, by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Kelly B.
