IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL <br />APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF THE EXISTING LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />WITH MEYERS NAVE (“MEYERS NAVE”) THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2029, THE <br />TOTAL ANNUAL COST OF WHICH SHALL NOT EXCEED $1,014,300 IN FISCAL <br />YEAR 2023-2024 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an amendment to the existing agreement for legal services between the City of <br />San Leandro and Meyers Nave for an amount not to exceed $1,014,300 in Fiscal Year 2023-2024 <br />(account 010-11-040-5110), is presented to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said amendment is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by _______ and passed and adopted this 19th day of December 2022, by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Kelly B.
