October 4, 2022Finance Committee Minutes find a solution to some of the problems that have arise with outdoor dining. Vice Mayor Belew requested that an invitation to the Developers' Breakfast be extending to neighboring cities as well as the Port of Oakland. Mayor Cutter informed everyone that there will be a Bay Area Air Quality change in residential areas to have no nitrous oxide in the near future. Due to this, Mayor Cutter requested that this be kept in mind, in terms of sustainability, for businesses as well going forward. Mayor Cutter agreed with Vice Mayor Belew in trying to find a solution to some of the problems that have occurred to the residents near businesses. Mayor Cutter mentioned that there were residents who have helped and supported the changes to the business operations during COVID, but going forward if these changes remain permanent, a middle ground needs to be in place. 2.B.22-538 Presentation on Grant Pilot Program 9.6.22 Grant PresentationAttachments: Mayor Cutter requested if the presentation can be presented to the City Council.
