16 Upon written request of Beneficiary stating that all Secured Obligations have been paid or forgiven, and all obligations under the Loan Documents have been performed in full, and upon surrender of this Deed of Trust to Trustee for cancellation and retention, and upon payment by Trustor of Trustee's reasonable fees, Trustee shall reconvey the Security to Trustor, or to the person or persons legally entitled thereto. Section 8.3 Notices. Formal notices, demands, and communications between the Parties shall be sufficiently given if and shall not be deemed given unless (a) dispatched by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, (b) delivered by express delivery service, return receipt requested, (c) delivered personally, or (d) sent by electronic mail, provided that any notice sent by electronic mail must be followed by notice delivered under either (a), (b), or (c) within 2 business days.
