This Agreement, including the scope of work attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibits A, B, and C represents the entire and integrated agreement between City and SWIMS and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. In the event that this contract is for one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) or more, by SWIMS’s signature below SWIMS certifies that SWIMS, and any parent entities, subsidiaries, successors or subunits of SWIMS are not identified on a list created pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 2203 of the California Public Contract Code as a person engaging in investment activities in Iran as described in subdivision (a) of Section 2202.5, or as a person described in subdivision (b) of Section 2202.5 of the California Public Contract Code, as applicable.
