<br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between January 1, 2021 City of San Leandro and BrightView Landscape Services, Inc. Exhibit A Page 1 of 2 dba Emerald Landscape <br />EXHIBIT A SCOPE OF SERVICES 1. SUMMARY: The work includes all services, labor, materials, transportation and equipment necessary to perform the work described in these specifications. <br /> <br /> 2. SCOPE: Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and perform all operations necessary and incidental to proper execution and completion of all landscape maintenance activities. This is for the 18 month period from January 1, <br />2021 to June 30, 2022. <br /> Task 1: Weekly landscape maintenance Highlighted in orange in the map below are the areas of the Water Pollution Control Plant that require weekly maintenance. Weekly maintenance includes the following <br />tasks: <br />• Trim grasses and shrubbery to maintain healthy plants and appearance in accordance with Bay friendly guidelines <br />• Remove weeds <br />• Blow or sweep hardscaped areas <br />• Pick up litter in landscaped areas <br />• Inspect and maintain the irrigation and water management system <br />• Scope includes irrigation and maintenance of plants along Davis Street. <br /> Task 2: Quarterly weed abatement of the solar panel area <br />The solar panel area is approximately 200 feet by 400 feet and is marked in red in the map below. This work will be completed 6 times during the contract period. Quarterly maintenance includes: <br />• Remove plants growing in the cracks in the pavement in the solar panel <br />area <br />• Apply approved herbicide to prevent plant regrowth <br /> Task 3: Weed abatement in pond <br />The area outlined in green in the map below is a treatment pond that is not currently being used. This area requires annual maintenance and will be completed one time during the contract period.
