<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 12/19/2022] <br />LHH Recruitment Solutions for Staffing Augmentation Services Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The Consultant shall present to the City, candidates for such positions as City may from time-to-time request. <br />The details of such assignments may be set forth in written or electronic communications between the parties. <br />Consultant shall verify employment references, education, and, where applicable, professional licenses and <br />skill testing. Consultant shall, at City’s expense and to the extent permissible under applicable law, perform <br />such other resume verification as criminal background, credit checking and skills testing as may be requested <br />in writing by City and acknowledged by the Consultant prior to commencement of the Candidate’s temporary <br />assignment. Resumes and other materials concerning candidates presented by the Consultant shall be <br />forwarded to contact person(s) designated by City. Acceptance of candidate resumes constitutes acceptance <br />of these terms. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall complete the following: <br />• Interview candidates to determine skill set and career objectives <br />• Check at least two professional references <br />• Test, as applicable, to confirm skills required for position <br />• Procure or perform applicable degree and/or license verifications on all temp to hire or temporary <br />employees.
