<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 02/28/2022 <br />AutoTemps Services for Relocation Assistance Services – Homekey Project Exhibit B – Page 1 of 2 <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br />COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> <br /> <br />Fee Schedule <br /> <br />The approach of AutoTemp’s relocation team in the implementation of a relocation program is to satisfy the <br />objectives of the residents, The City, to complete the work in a timely and technically correct manner, and to <br />maintain confidentiality. At this time, we anticipate up to six residential displacements including a manager. <br /> <br />AUTOTEMP’s cost proposal is as follows: <br /> <br />HCD Relocation Plan Fixed Fee $3,640.00 <br />Interviews – Up to 6 households Hourly, not to exceed $1,500.00 <br />Program Development or Management Hourly, not to exceed without prior approval $3,500.00 <br />Permanent Relocation – Up to 6 <br />households <br />Hourly, not to exceed without prior approval $30,000 <br /> <br /> <br />All services would be provided based on the following hourly rate schedule: <br /> <br />Principal $185.00 per hour <br />Of-counsel $260.00 per hour <br />Consultant/Associate $140.00 per hour <br />Project Support $85.00 per hour <br /> <br />AutoTemp considers photocopying, first class postage, telephone, facsimile and cellular communication <br />charges as a normal part of doing business. These charges are included in the stated hourly rates. Out-of- <br />pocket expenses – including pre-approved travel and lodging, outside exhibit preparation, requested <br />overnight courier or registered and/or certified mail (return receipt requested) charges and, specialty <br />reproduction – unless otherwise specified, are in addition to the contract amount and will be charged at cost <br />plus ten percent (+10%) for administration, coordination and, handling. Subcontracted services – other <br />than those listed above – will be invoiced at cost plus ten percent (+10%). <br /> <br />In the event AutoTemp is required to perform any act in relation to litigation arising out of any project with <br />the Agency, whether that be expert consulting or responding to a complaint or proceeding with discovery <br />and trial, such services are not part of this contract, nor are they part of our normal fees and, if required, <br />shall be invoiced at two times hourly rates. <br /> <br />In the event this contract extends twelve (12) months beyond the initial date of execution, the hourly rates <br />and any remaining amount in the contract shall be adjusted upwardly by approximately five percent (5%) <br />per annum, compounded annually, on the anniversary date of this contract. <br /> <br />Written communication services in other languages would be an additional cost and would be billed <br />separately based on quoted hourly rates by independent translation services. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 1B8E49B3-931E-4064-AA46-3EC8B828D126DocuSign Envelope ID: CFF348FF-1577-436F-A960-D028389B7509
