E. The Geotechnical Investigation Report shall be amended consistent with the elements <br />incorporated in the project plans, including, but not limited to: accurate description <br />and location of proposed improvements; detailed design of permeable paving <br />permeable asphalt pavement systems, with respect to vehicle loading, section <br />compositions and dimensions, and details for proximity to structure foundations. <br />F. Operational and Maintenance (O&M) measures shall be required for assuring that <br />storm water treatment components continue to function effectively. An O&M Plan <br />shall be provided, and an O&M Agreement shall be required. The O&M shall <br />include measures to maintain bioretention areas, permeable paver systems and <br />permeable asphalt pavement systems. <br />G. An Encroachment Permit shall be obtained from the Engineering and <br />Transportation Department for any work within the public right-of-way and the <br />following requirements shall be provided. <br />1. California Contractors license with appropriate classification for the work being <br />performed. <br />2. City of San Leandro Business License. <br />3. Insurance Certificates, (minimum requirements: General; Automotive; and <br />Worker's Compensation, each with $1 M limits; certify the City as <br />"Additionally Insured"). <br />4. Applicable permit fees and deposits shall be paid in advance. <br />H. All improvements within the public right-of-way shall be constructed in accordance <br />with the City of San Leandro Standard Plans. <br />I. Standard construction Best Management Practices (BMP's) shall be utilized during <br />construction to prevent storm water pollution as a result of the development. <br />J. Storm water runoff be prevented from discharging onto adjacent properties. Use <br />gutters, downspouts, swales, etc. to direct flow into landscaping (preferred) or <br />toward the public right-of-way. <br />K. Sanitary waste shall connect to the property's primary sewer or directly to the <br />public sewer main line. <br />L. All new utilities serving the site shall be located underground. <br />M. Water heater drain lines shall discharge to the sanitary sewer system and not to the <br />storm drain system. <br />N. Storm water pollution shall be reduced by implementing the following pollution <br />1.
