D. Site Plan. Include storm drain pump design along with the Building Permit <br />submittal. <br />E. Site Plan. Commercial/industrial facilities having vehicle/equipment cleaning <br />needs shall either provide a roofed, bermed area for washing activities or discourage <br />vehicle/equipment washing by removing hose bibs (faucets) and installing signs <br />prohibiting such uses. Vehicle/equipment washing areas shall be paved, designed <br />to prevent run-on to or runoff from the area, and plumbed to drain to the sanitary <br />sewer. A sign shall be posted indicating the location and allowed uses in the <br />designated wash area. The applicant shall contact the City of San Leandro <br />Wastewater Pollution Control Plant for specific connection and discharge <br />requirements <br />F. Site Plan. Vehicle/Equipment repair and maintenance shall be performed in a <br />designated area indoors, or if such services are performed outdoors, in an area <br />designated to prevent the run-on and runoff of stormwater <br />G. Utility Removal. Utility laterals and services to be abandoned shall be entirely <br />removed and capped at the main line <br />H. Utility Underground. Utility services to the site shall be placed underground <br />I. Grading Permit. A Grading Permit is necessary for this project. The requirements <br />for said permit are indicated in San Leandro Municipal Code §7-12. The permit <br />will be issued prior to or concurrent with the Building Permit. All proposed storm drain inlets and trench drains shall be marked <br />"NO DUMPING, DRAINS TO BAY" as per the City of San Leandro Standard <br />Plan Dwg. No. 204. Install Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) <br />approved trash inserts at the proposed storm drain inlets prior to the connection of <br />the existing storm drain line. San Francisco Bay Region Municipal Regional Stormwater NPDES Permit. <br />Because the project creates or replaces more than 10,000 SF of impervious surface, <br />it is considered a Regulated Project according to Provision C.3.b of the San <br />Francisco Bay Region Municipal Regional Stormwater NPDES Permit (Order No. <br />R2-2022-0018, NPDES Permit No. CAS612008, adopted May 11, 2022). <br />Regulated projects must provide stormwater treatment per the aforementioned <br />MRP document and the Alameda County Clean Water Program (ACCWP) C.3 <br />Technical Guidance documen <br />L. Hydrology and Hydraulic Analysis.
