C. Exterior Lighting. Prior to issuance of grading and/or building permits, the <br />Applicant/Property Owner shall indicate details and specifications for exterior <br />lighting on the proposed structure. New on -site lighting shall require a plan <br />including specifications of lighting standards and photometric calculations and <br />submitted for review and approval by the Zoning Enforcement Official and <br />Building Official. Any new exterior lighting proposed shall be low wattage, located <br />and designed to be fully shielded to cast light downward and not shine on adjacent <br />properties, details subject to the approval of the Zoning Enforcement Official. <br />D. All exterior/roof-top mechanical equipment shall be screened from view so as not <br />to be visible from the street, to the satisfaction of the Zoning Enforcement Official <br />or Community Development Director. <br />III. BUILDING & SAFETY DIVISION REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Building Permits Required. The proposed project shall comply with all <br />Applicable Code and City ordinances, policies and regulations. The applicant shall <br />obtain all necessary building permits prior to construction of the project. Submit a <br />building permit application and include the following with your submittal. <br />1. Obtain building permit(s) and include the following in your submittal: <br />a. A building permit application and construction documents <br />(building pen -nit plan set). <br />b. Alameda County Environmental Health approval for new trash <br />enclosure. <br />c. Asbestos Report. <br />d. Approval from Bay Area Air Quality Management District <br />BAAQMD J # for demo of structures. <br />e. Lead Report. <br />f. Best practices for Lead removal. <br />g. All submittals shall include required mechanical, electrical, and <br />plumbing plans. No deferred MEP's. <br />h. Title 24 required for all new equipment, and any new or upgraded <br />MEP. <br />i. Construction and Demolition per CalGreen. <br />j. CalGreen Non -Residential Mandatory Measures Checklist <br />2. Include the following requirements in the design of the project <br />a.
