If <br />Consultant is required to file a Form 700, Consultant is hereby advised to contact the San <br />Leandro City and school districts Clerk for the Form 700 and directions on how to prepare <br />it. <br /> <br />10.8 Solicitation. Consultant agrees not to solicit business at any meeting, focus group, or <br />interview related to this Agreement, either orally or through any written materials. <br /> <br />10.9 Contract Administration. This Agreement shall be administered by <br />_______________________________ ("Contract Administrator").
