We <br />promote the cross-pollination of ideas, <br />perspectives, and techniques by emphasizing <br />integrative learning, critical thinking, and <br />creative problem solving among our staff <br />of planners, urban designers, landscape <br />architects, and architects, as well as with <br />our clients and partners. We have always <br />believed that although each professional <br />discipline has a focal area of expertise <br />and concern, each must be viewed as <br />overlapping with the others in a continuum: <br />from the wider ecological, environmental, <br />social, economic, and urban planning factors <br />through landscape, urban design, and <br />ultimately architectural form. <br />Each of the disciplines we practice seeks a <br />balanced approach to the natural, physical, <br />social, and economic factors in considering a <br />project’s sustainability. <br />WRT is a team of planners, urban designers, architects, and <br />landscape architects.
