Homebase with <br />facilitate the CoC Leadership <br />Board and committee work, they <br />will support the CoC’s planning <br />activities such as Coordinated <br />Entry, HMIS, the Point-in-Time <br />County and the annual Notice of <br />Funding Opportunity application <br />to CA HCD. Additionally, they will <br />conduct monitoring of all <br />contracted services and their <br />deliverables. Finally, Homebase <br />will continue Alameda County’s <br />community engagement efforts <br />on implementation of the HOME <br />Together 2026 5-Year plan to <br />end homelessness. <br />Housing Element City of San Leandro, Community <br />Development Department, <br />Housing Division <br />The City of San Leandro's <br />Housing Element for 2023-2031, <br />which was certified by the State <br />in February 2023, provides <br />direction on the production of <br />new market-rate and affordable <br />homes and guides the city's <br />housing programs and activities. <br />It includes policies and actions <br />related to new construction and <br />rehabilitation, affordable <br />housing development, first-time <br />homebuyer programs, housing <br />for seniors and others with <br />special needs and fair housing <br />practices in San Leandro.
