Program targets to serve 475 people. <br />EBAC $50,000.00 $30,000.00 <br />EBAC's San Leandro Family Resource Center links families to services that reduce <br />health disparities, strengthen resiliency/well-being, and support housing <br />security.Program targets to serve 79 people. <br />FVLC $35,000.00 $15,000.00 <br />The FVHPP reduces family violence and homelessness for San Leandrans by providing <br />free family and housing law services combined with crisis intervention and advocacy. <br />Program targets to serve 48 people. <br />Ruby's Place $30,000.00 $20,000.00 Shelter and comprehensive services for victims of domestic violence/intimate partner <br />violence and their children from San Leandro. Program targets to serve 61 people. <br />SAVE $16,000.00 $10,000.00 <br />Program includes immediate crisis response to survivors referred by San Leandro PD <br />and San Leandro residents referred by other providers. Program targets to serve 100 <br />people. <br />Seneca $45,000.00 $35,000.00 <br />Evidence-based, culturally responsive mental health services supporting families, <br />including case management, crisis intervention, and caregiver trainings. Program <br />targets to serve 8 people. <br />SOS/MOW $58,800.00 $34,000.00 A meal delivery service benefitting homebound persons, aged 60+, who are at risk of, <br />or experiencing food insecurity or malnutrition. Program targets to serve 300 people. <br />Spectrum $42,000.00 $26,000.00 Spectrum Community Services Senior Meals provides hot, freshly made nutritious <br />meals for seniors aged 60+ in a social setting.
