<br />The table below shows funding projections for year 3 through 10. Actual funding levels and selection of projects for funding will be
<br />determined during each biennial budget process.

<br />Beginning with the most restricted funds (money with narrowly defined allowable uses), staff assigned funding first to the annual
<br />programs and projects and then to the highest ranked qualifying projects. After all other funds were assigned, staff allocated general
<br />fund money to the remaining annual programs and projects then the highest ranked projects.
