Funded Projects <br />Project Number 2024.0020 <br />Project Name ADA transition plan <br />Project Benefits The City commissioned a study of ADA deficiencies that resulted in the 2010 ADA <br />transition Plan. This plan contains a list of deficiencies, and recommends funding of <br />$150,000 per year for 15 years to complete the repairs. Adoption of the plan and <br />continued work on the plan improves accessibility for all and is required to receive <br />CDBG funds from the Federal Government. <br />Impacts of Not <br />Completing Project <br />Failure to make ADA improvements will make it difficult for people with disabilities to <br />access City services and results in loss of federal funding. <br />Impact to Operation Cost Neutral <br />Impact to Maintenance Cost Neutral <br />Detailed Cost $150,000 <br />Expenditure Account Appropriation Funding Source Fiscal Year Funded <br />Annual funding for ADA improvements recommended by the City's ADA transition program.
