Host an Energizer Station at the <br />downtown SL Bart station. <br />Bike Rack Program:Receive requests for bike racks & parking information. Install bike racks in the ROW <br />at appropriate requested locations. <br />Pedestrian & Bicycle Safety Education:Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) support. <br />Spot Improvements: Install bike related road signs. Design bikeways and pedestrian paths. Install or <br />modify pavement markings & striping to accommodate bicycle traffic on City streets. Install bicycle <br />detection at traffic signals.
