IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2022- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM 10 YEAR PLAN FY 24 THROUGH FY 33 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of San Leandro is committed to enhancing the quality of life for <br />every citizen; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Public infrastructure such as roads, utilities, parks, and buildings enhance the <br />quality of life within San Leandro; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Capital Improvement Program funds construction and maintenance of <br />public infrastructure; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A 10 year Capital Improvement Program Plan, a copy of which is attached to <br />this resolution, has been submitted to this City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City Manager recommends approval of the Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That the Capital Improvement Program 10 Year Plan FY 24 through FY 33 is approved. <br /> <br />Introduced by _______ and passed and adopted this 1st day of May 2023, by the following <br />vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Kelly B.
