OTHER INFORMATION <br />Certificate of Achievement <br />The Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) awarded a Certificate of Achievement for <br />Excellence in Financial Reporting to the City for its ACFR for the year ended June 30, 2022. The City <br />received this award for 25 City did not apply one year due to staff changes. <br />The City is planning to apply for the award for the fiscal year 2021-22 ACFR. <br />To be awarded a Certificate of Achievement, a government must publish an easily readable and <br />efficiently organized ACFR. This report must satisfy both generally accepted accounting principles <br />and applicable legal requirements. The current ACFR continues to meet the Certificate of <br />nt will submit it to the GFOA for the current <br />award. <br />Acknowledgements <br />This ACFR represents the culmination of numerous hours of hard work expended by the dedicated <br />staff in the Finance Department. Special thanks are extended to Accountants Tyler Hammond and <br />Sarah Gustafson for their commitment and diligence in the preparation of this document. <br />Furthermore, I would like to thank Maze & Associates for their professional assistance and <br />cooperation. Finally, I want to thank the City Council for their continued interest and support in <br />planning and conducting th eir commitment to placing San Leandro <br />on a firm foundation for long-term fiscal sustainability. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />T.
