Debt Administration <br />At the end of the current fiscal year, the City’s total outstanding long-term debt is $84.5 million, a decrease <br />of $6.8 million from the prior fiscal year due to debt service payments. <br />At the end of the current fiscal year, the City’s total long-term debt outstanding for governmental activities <br />is $45.1million, a decrease of $4.3 million from the prior fiscal year. The decrease was due to principal <br />payments during the year as seen in Note 6 of the notes to the financial statements. <br />At the end of the current fiscal year, the City’s total long-term debt outstanding for business-type activities <br />is $39.4 million, an increase of $2.4 million from the prior fiscal year.
