Under no circumstances shall the total <br />adjustment provided for herein exceed Five Dollars and Twenty Cents ($5.20) per benefit unit.” <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall take effect July 1, 2023. <br />
