File Number: 23-227 <br />permanent housing. <br />Analysis <br />There are limitations as to how the HHAP funds may be spent. Fortunately, BFWC already has in <br />place an agreement with the City to provide the types of services that are eligible for usage of <br />the HHAP County-awarded funds. BFWC is also capable of utilizing the funds to expand those <br />existing services as proposed by the amended contract. The expanded scope of services <br />includes additional services to individuals experiencing homelessness, and the provision of <br />interim housing services at two locations to provide unhoused individuals with a safe and <br />supportive environment as they are supported to rapidly obtain permanent housing. <br />Legal Analysis <br />The consultant has agreed to the terms of the contract.
