APPENDIX B <br />DESCRIPTION OF WORK LOCATIONS <br />ROW to ROW (right-of-way to right-of way) is described as the area along and <br />adjacent to City streets that includes, but is not limited to, sidewalks, curb and <br />gutters, paving, medians, hardscaping, planting strips, alleys, walkways, <br />overcrossings, underpasses, walls, fence lines, tree pits, islands, planters, backages, <br />barricades, dead end streets, cui-de-sacs, and culverts. <br />Each site shall conform to these standards unless the frequency is noted under the <br />description for each site. <br />1. 139th Ave <br />Weed Abatement Only: <br />Dirt area on the south side of the street from Washington Ave east to Western <br />Pacific Railroad (WPRR). <br />2. Alvarado St <br />Weed Abatement Only: <br />2.1 From W. Estudillo Ave (South of Davis St) south to railroad tracks, six (6) <br />feet clearance including the area on both sides of the tracks at the <br />crossing. <br />2.2 Guardrail on west side of street at Fremont Ave intersection. <br />2.3 Tree wells on east side of street from Fremont Ave to Portola Dr. <br />3. Bancroft Ave <br />Weed Abatement Only: <br />End to end from Durant Ave south to E. 141h St, ROW to ROW <br />4. Belvedere Ave <br />Weed Abatement Only: <br />Lift station and parking strip at the west end of the street. <br />5. Benedict Dr <br />Weed Abatement Only: <br />5.1 From San Leandro Creek south Estudillo Ave, ROW to ROW <br />5.2 From Estudillo Ave to Scenicview Dr, west side of the street along the <br />fence line. <br />5.3 From Montrose Dr south to Sherry Ct, west side of the street along the <br />fence line. <br />6.
