Graphic <br />design staff that are now located in other offices <br />should be united in the Communications Office. <br />Finally, responsibility for the website should also <br />reside in this office. <br />As budget allows later in the implementation period <br />for the Strategic Communications Plan, add three <br />new positions to address general communications <br />support, social media/writing and video production. <br />SAE analyzed the current workload of the existing <br />communications manager and found there is <br />inadequate bandwidth to manage the current needs <br />of the City. The research indicated unanimously <br />that the current function provided invaluable <br />assistance; however, there was too much demand <br />for the current staffing level.
