Regulatory Compliance <br /> <br />Customer expressly acknowledges that with respect to Seller’s performance of the Services <br />called for under this Agreement, such Services do not involve or in any way require access <br />to personally identifiable information (PII) of Customer or its customers. If, in the future, <br />Customer requests additional services that require Seller access to Customer PII, those <br />additional services, and the security requirements associated with the access to Customer <br />PII in order to perform those additional services, shall be subject to a separate written <br />agreement between the parties. <br /> <br />Notify Seller prior to allowing PII data on Supported Products under this SOW. <br /> <br />7.1 GDPR Compliance <br /> <br />To meet General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance, during the services <br />implementation and on-boarding process, Seller will supply an email template to Customer <br />that must be sent to all Customer employees based outside of the U.S. notifying them that <br />support of Supported Products will be handled by a U.S. based service provider. Without a <br />reply of acceptance those users will not have support under this SOW.
