Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last revised 06/09/2023 <br />ConvergeOne for Infrastructure Managed Services Exhibit A – Page 23 of 26 <br />Manager is responsible for all activities associated with the implementation of services, <br />including the following: <br />o Implementation Plan. <br />o Key project decisions. <br />o Services implementation team. <br />o Services implementation communication plan, status reports and meeting <br />minutes. <br />o Gate reviews for each implementation phase. <br />o Hand-off from services implementation team to the services team. <br /> <br />Subject Matter Experts <br />Seller subject matter experts are Seller personnel supporting the implementation of the <br />services to be delivered under this SOW. <br /> <br />Subject Matter Expert Services Implementation Team Role <br />On-boarding Specialist – Process Responsible for leading process development <br />discussions with Customer and Seller personnel and <br />documenting engagement specific processes <br />On-boarding Specialist - <br />Database <br />Responsible for loading Seller’s management tools <br />with the relevant information about Customer’s <br />supported environment <br />Invoicing Specialist Responsible for establishing the invoicing process <br />based on the agreement pricing structure <br /> <br />Customer responsibilities <br />Customer shall play an active role during the services implementation period of this agreement. <br />Customer shall supply information to Seller to support the deliverables of the services <br />implementation. To the extent that Seller already has the requested information, Seller will <br />collect the information and provide to Customer for review and confirmation.
