<br /> <br /> <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and Last Revised 06/02/2023 <br />Woodard Curran Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br />The City of San Leandro is in the process of installing a microgrid battery system that will require a <br />connection to the internet to provide performance information to the vendor and allow the vendor to <br />provide remote support. In addition, the microgrid battery system will be connected to the plant SCADA <br />system to provide data that will be displayed on the SCADA system. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Review the proposed network integration to evaluate risk factors associated with connecting <br />the vendor packaged system to both the internet and the SCADA network. Provide recommendations on <br />methods that mitigate the risk associated with this type of integration. <br /> <br />The following tasks will be completed: <br />1. Review existing documentation provided by the microgrid battery vendor and documentation of the <br />existing SCADA network configuration. <br />2. Site visit to assess the existing SCADA network, internet connection points, existing firewalls, and overall <br />network architecture. <br />3.
