Use Local Products and Supplie s <br />The Contractor shall use local products and suppliers to the extent possible t o <br />minimize fuel consumption and emissions. <br />Equipment Refueling and Repair <br />The Contractor shall refuel and repair equipment in a safe manner to protect <br />against accidental spills. Limit refueling to specific and limited areas on a site . <br />Measures shall be taken to prevent, control, and clean-up spills . Clean-ups shall be <br />immediate, automatic and routine and performed by a trained staff member or a <br />licensed cleaning company. Contact the local emergency response team <br />agencies to report all minor or major spills. Contractor shall be aware of and abide <br />by Spare-the Air Day fueling advisories. <br />Lost and Found <br />Personal property found by the Contractor on City property or in public right -of- <br />way shall be reported to the City representative immediately and turned into the <br />City on the same day that the property is found . <br />RFP 55027 CITYW IDE TURF MAINTENANCE Page 63 of 63
