I have attached a link to multiple pictures, the original arch plans, and a new <br />example of Butler proposed plans.. Essentially, all purlins, girts, and panels need to be replaced for the entire metal building. The red <br />iron and tie-rods will only remain (essentially a new building). Plan sheet labeled 7 of 12 gives a great layout of the dimensions of the <br />existing building, and we verified dimensions in the field. <br /> <br />- Building size, per plan sheet- 40'(includes 10' overhang, see plans) x 60' x 17'11" H (small pitch in middle of red iron, 2-3 inches <br />assumed) <br />- Purlins- 10ea, assumed to be 10.5" wide (please verify appropriate widths based on building size and dimensions) See picture image <br />8210.jpg for existing purlin staggering pattern <br />- Girts- 3ea, assumed to be 10.5". Roughly 7' for 1st girt and 5' for the next 2ea after <br />- 1ea 10'x12' overhead door <br />- 1ea 3'x7' door <br />- 1ea 5'x5' cut out for conveyor belt <br />- One 60' side is completely open <br /> <br />We look forward to receiving a material price from you on this project this week.
