Attendance records will be reviewed by the City Council once a year based <br />on the previous 12-month period, except for appointments effective July 1st or <br />thereafter; <br />4. Failure to attend mandated training will be cause for Council’s declaring a <br />member’s position vacant. <br />5. All mandatory trainings must be completed within three months of <br />appointment. Council members will be notified of non-compliance. <br /> <br />MEMBERS – COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES <br />Members of boards and commissions shall receive no compensation for their services <br />but may be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the <br />performance of official duties.
