<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 7/19/2023 <br />Michael Baker International for Consulting Services Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Michael Baker International will provide the following consulting grant management services for <br />the City of San Leandro: <br /> <br />1) Environmental/NEPA compliance: <br />a. Nimitz Motel temporary housing conversion project environmental review record <br />update. Services include project coordination and management, Environmental <br />Assessment processes, agency coordination and ERR preparation. <br />2) Labor compliance: <br />a. Two projects: San Leandro Shelter and Nimitz Motel require the following <br />services: Tasks associated with pre-construction, construction and post <br />construction phases of the projects. <br />b. On-Call Technical Assistance for San Leandro City, Public Works Department <br />for ADA curb cut project. Labor compliance services on an as needed basis for <br />public works personnel guidance. <br />3) As Needed Technical Assistance* and CDBG grant compliance guidance including: <br />a. CDBG required reports (training and review assistance for AAP, CAPER, <br />substantial amendments) <br />i. NOFA process <br />ii. Public participation requirements <br />iii. Project eligibility <br />b. Financial compliance (i.e. training on invoice review, draws) <br />c. IDIS support <br />d. Council meeting guidance <br />e. Subrecipient monitoring guidance <br />* Technical Assistance does not include actual report preparation.
