<br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and BSK Associates <br />for Memorial Park Improvements Exhibit A – Page 1 of 1 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br />The scope of work includes Earthwork Observation and Testing and Geotechnical Engineer-of-Record <br />services during construction phase. The services include the monitoring and testing are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Consultant shall conduct site visits to observe shallow foundation excavations, to check that the soil <br />within the bottom of the excavations visually firm and stable. In addition, Consultant shall confirm that the <br />minimum depth and width of the footings are as recommended in the Geotechnical report prepared by the <br />Consultant. <br /> <br />2. Consultant shall provide observation earthwork activities and conduct compaction testing of the <br />subgrade, aggregate base, and trench backfill. <br /> <br />3. Consultant shall collect soil samples from the on-site soils and aggregate base for laboratory testing. <br /> <br />4.
