CSG P ROPOSAL TO THE C ITY OF S AN L EANDRO <br />F OR BUILDING P LAN R EVIEW & I NSPECTION S ERVICES <br />8 <br />Compensation Schedule for FY 23-24 <br />CSG’s fee schedule for proposed work is provided below. CSG will coordinate the pickup and return of all <br />plans to CSG via CSG staff or a licensed courier service. This service is provided at no additional cost. <br />Plan review fees are based on a percentage of plan check fees and include the initial plan review and <br />two subsequent reviews. Additional reviews, deferred submittals, revisions, and RFIs will be charged at <br />the appropriate hourly rate below or as otherwise determined by mutual agreement with the City. RFIs <br />for larger developments will be performed at an hourly rate, and turnaround times will be mutually <br />agreed upon in advance with the City. <br />SERVICE / REVIEW TYPE ALL INCLUSIVE FEE / HOURLY RATE <br />BUILDING PLAN REVIEW SERVICES <br />Residential and Non-Residential Building Plan Review 65% of City’s Building Plan Check Fees <br />Structural Only Plan Review 50% of City’s Building Plan Check Fees <br />Expedited Plan Review by Percentage 95% of City’s Building Plan Check Fees <br />Building Plan Review $145 <br />Structural-Only Plan Review $170 <br />CASp Consultation $160 <br />Certified Floodplain Manager $250 <br />Certified Floodplain Manager - Assistant $195 <br />Expedited Plan Review (Hourly) 1.5 x Hourly Rate <br />INSPECTION SERVICES <br />Certified Building Inspector $130 <br />CASp Inspection $160 <br />All hourly rates include salaries, benefits, workers compensation insurance, local travel and miscellaneous office <br />expenses. Should the scope of work change, or circumstances develop which necessitate special handling, CSG will <br />notify the City prior to proceeding. Overtime services will be billed at 1.5x the applicable hourly rate. On July 1 o f <br />each year, CSG will initiate an hourly rate increase based on change in CPI for the applicable region. CSG will mail <br />an invoice every month for services rendered during the previous month.
